Beyond the refinement given to a meal, behind every glass of wine there is always the beautiful story of the vineyards and its place of origin, its ancient existence. The wine, through the complexity of the taste, enriches the flavor and taste of food.

WORKSHOP DETAILS “Wine tasting workshop”

We learn to appreciate it, to understand it, we learn how is ‘created’, what means a good and valuable wine, and what is its role in the dinningritual.
We combine theory with practice, tasting along with a professional sommelier, with an experience of over 13 years, and in the end we compete in a tasting without presentation of the label (blind tasting) for the grand prize: 1 bottle of wine!
