the outcome
Non-verbal aspects of communication began to be studied more intensively in the 60s, and the public became aware of their existence only in 1970, with the appearance of Julius Fast’s book about body language and its importance in our lives.
Charlie Chaplin and many other silent movie actors were the pioneers of using the non-verbal communication. Each actor was considered good or bad to the extent that he could use gestures and other body signals to communicate effectively.
Today, non-verbal communication can make the difference between success or go unnoticed.
