Course description

Little mirror my little mirror how does my skin look like?

We all wonder about the appearance of our skin, about the quality of the facial products that we need to buy, about the way we have to apply them on our face and about how to remain fresh, young and full of positive energy during the day when we have to deal with multiply tasks.

You will practice a lot of easy, quick steps that can be completed in a realistic time during the day, even if you consider yourselves very busy. In that way, you will experience a very smooth, glow, younger skin. Also, a few specific body exercises will  facilitate your energy flow and they will correct your body position in order to maintain in a healthy, balanced state.

And not only the above – also the practice of facial exercises will ‘wake up’ your muscles and reduce your wrinkles in front of individual mirrors during our workshops, something that will totally replenish your skin and your mood, making you feel bright new !

Course structure

4 weekly, 2-hours workshops

Workshop 1

SKIN – A UNIQUE ORGAN:

  • The factors that age the skin
  • The anatomy of the skin
  • Wrinkle preventers
  • Painting moment: draw your face

DAILY FACIAL SKIN CARE:

  • Practice of breathing
  • Facial products we should use in the every day and night routine
  • Efficient ingredients in the facial products versus chemical ones
  • Practice of an easy self massage in order to treat your facial skin
  • Facial mask recipes out of natural ingredients. We prepare and apply one on our face
  • Practice morning make-up

Workshop 2

  • Practice neck and eyes exercises as a warm up for the following workout stages.
  • Practice BASIC WORKOUT programme with 6 facial exercises in order to exercise and strengthen the muscles
  • Practice of a stretching/corrective every day body exercise

FEED YOUR SKIN STARVE YOUR WRINKLES:

  • Useful information about ingredients that influence our skin through nutrition
  • Painting moment again: draw your face and compare differences
  • Raw dessert: enjoy the benefits of raw chocolate!

Workshop 3

  • Practice neck and eyes exercises
  • Repeat BASIC WORKOUT programme in a most progressed way (Basic workout PLUS)
  • FEED YOUR SKIN-continue with the useful information
  • Practice INTERMEDIATE WORKOUT programme with 6 facial exercises
  • Prepare another facial mask recipe and apply it on your face

Workshop 4

  • Practice self massage
  • Practice inner smile meditation to soften your wrinkles and to change your mood
  • Practice a variety of ADVANCED facial exercises for different areas of the face where wrinkles have to be prevented or improved
  • FEED YOUR SKIN-continue
  • Practice HANDS exercises for flexible, long and supple hands
  • Prepare another raw dessert with delicious ingredients that nourish body and mind!
At the end of the course all you participants will be aware of those techniques which will help you to reduce facial wrinkles, improve facial appearance, relieve stress and tension, correct body position and basically to take years off you !

We would kindly ask you to wear comfortable clothes and to bring with you for the Workshop 1 the following things:

  • cleansing milk or soap
  • eye cleanser
  • make up products as: consealer for the dark circles, 1-2 eyeshadows (light morning colours), mascara, eye pencil, eyebrow pencil, tinted face cream or liquid make up or powder, lip gloss or lipstick with a lipliner.
