We live times in which we are daily challenged to make conscious choices to maintain health for us and our families. Today, to optimally feed us has become quite complicated: what specifically to eat, what foods do not contain additives, where should we buy it, which food is good and which is not, when to eat, how to cook, is it coffee good for me or not? What does “quality food” means? …

To find answers to these questions we need first to study the information, knowledge, and then the real experience.
Nutrition is a new science. The first comprehensive nutritional study, spread over 25 years was completed in 1980!

No wonder we are with information not always verified. No wonder there are a lot of myths that we have adopted, without being able to verify them.

The way we feed in a conscious and healthy way requires a constant connection to the recent discoveries in the field of nutrition, and an analysis of this information in the wider context without sacrificing the whole and essential information just for the sake of detail.

This course aims:

  • to present easily digestible information provided by the most reliable scientific sources in order to eliminate myths and bring simplicity.
  • to clarify and give you the opportunity to experience the real recipes, so that finally you will discover that living healthy is not so complicated!
  • to offer you both the theory explaining the concepts simply and clearly, and also the real experience of the preparation of recipes  for meals covering a full day
  • to provide answers to questions like these: where to buy, what they start, what are my tools necessary, how to eat varied, in order to be easier for you in adopting new habits of eating and thinking about what eat from the nutritional point of view.

Finally, despite the avalanche of unstructured information in the field of nutrition, you will be able to gain clarity and be able to build your daily nutritional program.
