WORKSHOP DETAILS “Let’s eat colorful. Practical nutrition program for parents, but addressed to children.”
The theoretical part covers basic knowledge in nutrition, stressing the importance of how food is prepared and introduced to our children. We learn tricks and colourful recipes by which we stimulate their desire to eat more raw fruits and vegetables, the important contribution of vitamins, minerals and fiber. We illustrate practical, we play giving color and try recipes for sweets from fruit, nuts, raw seeds and simple and delicious shakes,that children will enjoy.
