WORKSHOP DETAILS “Chi Kung”
Chi Kung (the art of working with energy) is a system of over 5,000 years old, based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and the Millennium Taoists knowledge about the human body, nature and energy. Tai Chi Chuan is a martial art, but also a form of Chi Kung exercise, practiced for the beneficial effects on circulation, immune system, concentration and mind-body coordination.
This energetic and dynamic practice is part of Taoist practice, which aims to develop human potential in all areas: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Practicing Tai Chi Chuan, we learn to harmonize body and mind through slow and circular movements, and through specific concentration and coordination exercises.
